Job description
Internal title is "FA" or "Facility Admin" or "Facility Administrator"
Description:
- Hybrid role as the admininstrative and operational leader of the facility (i.e. "Facility Admin"), but also trained to expert level at all clinical and front office positions in the facility
- FA duties: Lean operations, process engineering, staff scheduling, hours mgmt, staff development, performence reviews, disciplinary action, people mgmt, team building, assurance of excellent patient care and service, continuous volume growth
- Clinical duties: Train to expert level at all 4 Clinical positions including: CS1 - Pre- and post-procedure recovery, CS2 - Consults, CS3 - First Assistant in Procedure Suite, CS4 - Circulator in Procedure Suite. Will likely start at the new "CS5" overview position, and undergo more granular training at the individual positions with time.
- Front office duties: patient registration, insurance verifications, call mgmt, payment processing, financial counseling. This is the initial point of contact for patients, referring physicians and visitors.

Requirements:
- Must have healthcare mgmt/admin degree, MBA, or 3+ years of relevant healthcare mgmt experience
- Familiarity with Lean operations
- High intelligence, sharp critical thinking skills, and strong communication skills
- Fast learner -- can read, learn, and apply large amounts of information
- High EQ, excellent interpersonal and people mgmt skills.
- Leadership skills -- "leading from the front". Earns respect of his/her peers.
- Meticulousness, attention to detail
- Maturity, good judgement, and a proactive mind, anticipate and preempt problems (rather than simply react to them)

- All employees are expected to perform as an integral part of the PADS team, and to provide supplemental support as requested, required, or assigned.
- Periodic [paid] travel to some of our other TX facilities may be required for training and cross coverage.
- Initial 60-day Compatibility Period (CP) with no benefits. Upon completion of this CP, full benefits kick-in.
