Under the direction of the Benefits & Wellness Manager, the Health/Nutrition Coach will be responsible for serving as a resource for employees, supporting the wellness program and assisting in the development, implementation, and execution of comprehensive plans to improve employee wellbeing.
This is a full-time on-site role in our Palmyra, Wisconsin corporate facility.

WHO YOU ARE:

• You are passionate about wellness and providing excellent customer service
• You have formal education in a related field
• Registered Dietitian, Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) or higher-level degree in nutrition required
• Knowledge of corporate worksite wellness, and behavior change practices, measurement and evaluation strategies
• 3-5 years of providing one-on-one coaching in areas of nutrition, weight management, health lifestyle or behavior change
• Experience or knowledge of management of chronic health conditions
• Success in building and fostering collaborative relationships in the development, implementation and administration of service and program delivery
• Enjoy helping others through education, motivation, and accountability
• Ability to speak Spanish a plus

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Coordinate and conduct coaching sessions both in person and virtually, across multiple time zones and over all shifts
• Taking a holistic approach, assess program participant’s lifestyle, dietary/sleeping/exercise habits, and overall health
• Develop personalized wellness plans for employees, with goals, motivations and challenges
• Assess fitness, nutrition and other health conditions of individuals
• Perform tests and wellness screenings to assist with setting baselines and individual health and wellness goals with employees
• Create personalized nutrition and meal plans
• Develop, plan and successfully execute wellness events and activities such as lunch-n-learn meetings, product education sessions, etc.
• Coordinate with personal trainer to create personal fitness plans
• Counsels and meets regularly with program participants to discuss their progress and any improvements in overall health, and make any necessary goal adjustments
• Use coaching sessions to connect with employees to understand their purpose
• Keep employees focused on their goals, build their confidence and engaged in the program
