Job description

Our small team is looking for a Head of Cultivation to help run our 100 light indoor facility in San Francisco! It is with much sadness that our lead grower is leaving us, but he will be staying on to help with this transition, offering his experience and knowledge about our current operations.

Our facility is comprised of 5 flower rooms. Two rooms have LED lighting and the other 3 are still operating with HPS bulbs with the plan to fully transition to LEDs. We grow in Rockwool and use Aroya to monitor the rooms and plant health. We are currently on a Dosatron watering system with plans to implement Aroya throughout the facility. We are looking for a lead grower who is knowledgeable in crop steering, familiar with new grow equipment and technologies, and is comfortable managing a small team of laborers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

COVID-19 considerations:
Employees are required to test weekly during an outbreak. Masks are not currently required in the facility. Employees do not have to share vaccination status.
