We will be holding open interviews every Thursday, starting October 6th, from 1 pm to 2 pm at our corporate office located at 30335 Stephenson Hwy, Madison Heights, MI 48071.

Job Description/ Duties:

Follow and complete tasks delegated by SOP’s in the following areas:

-Caring for plants from harvest to cure

Responsibilities include

​-Assist with harvest in cutting down, deleafing, and drying plants

​-Bucking

​-Precise and quality trimming by hand for best consumption

​-Keep strains organized for end of the day weight

​-Post Harvest responsibilities include room clean up and reset

Other responsibilities include maintaining an environment that is clean and organized at a show room quality.

Skills and Requirements

-Background Check REQUIRED

-MUST BE 21 TO APPLY

-Must arrive on time with a positive work attitude

-Must have RELIABLE transportation

-Must work well with others and have a TEAM mindset

-Must be able to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment

-Must be able to maintain a professional work environment

-Must be self-motivated and able to complete task successfully alone or group settings

-Must be able to do basic math

-Must be able to lift, push or pull 50 pounds

-Must have great hand dexterity

-Must be able to sit or stand entire shift

-One-year commercial trimming experience (preferred)

*Willing to train right applicants with no prior experience

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Warren, MI 48089: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
