We are currently seeking a highly motivated Home Maintenance Handyman for an established maintenance company. This person is responsible for providing basic residential maintenance for managed properties. Strong candidate will bring a full range of general skills including troubleshooting residential issues. This position will be responsible for the timely and professional completion of tasks to the standards of our organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic maintenance for managed properties as assigned
• Perform and provide exceptional quality work and services
• Perform work in a timely manner, recording time and materials used
• Ability to communicate the detail of a necessary repair
• Support other technicians and supervisor in job completion
• Willing to access roof or crawlspace for repair as necessary
• After-hours calls and site visits as necessary
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 3 + years’ experience
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and staff
• General maintenance repair knowledge, and understanding of residential construction practices
• Willingness to learn
• Understand some repairs may hold urgency and act accordingly
• Willingness to be on-call 24/7 as needed
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record and reliable transportation
• Be dependable and able to work full time
