1. Step Up to Appointment Based Shops Our shops are busy and we welcome walk-ins when available, but our focus is appointments. We are not a chop shop. We do not try to line them up in the lobby and have them sit and wait and push you to cut faster, cut faster, cut faster! Our aim is a QUALITY full service haircut service for every customer within our standard service times.

2. Discover Receptionist Staffed Shops Our shops are built for efficiency with central vacuum ports and shampoo bowls in every station but another key to our success is receptionists. We staff receptionists when its busiest to keep you focused on clients. We love technology too that's why we offer online booking and have our own APP, but check in tablets at the shop are impersonal. We are in the service business - so a hearty "Hello! How can I help you?" goes a long way!

3. Enjoy Work Life Balance Our staff enjoy every Sunday off PLUS every other full weekend off and monthly schedules. When our team works a Saturday, we close at early at 5 PM so they can still enjoy dinner out or a catch movie. You won't find this perk elsewhere folks! When we say work / life balance we mean it.
