Our goal at SeaQuest is to ensure guests have a one-of-a-kind experience interacting with animals from all over the world. SeaQuest is looking for a versatile Guest Services Team Member who will enhance the guest experience by creating a world-class environment throughout the facility. Guest Services Team Members are responsible for assisting guests and reporting directly to the Guest Services Manager. Compensation: $10.00 - $12.00 an hour plus bi-weekly and monthly bonuses
Guest Services Team Member Responsibilities:
- Provides world-class animal interactions for our guests
- Offer specials promoted by SeaQuest
- Assist customers with selecting merchandise in the gift shop
- Help with gift shop inventory
- Ensure store visual merchandising and presentation standards are implemented
- Up-sell products and activities to elevate the guest experience
- Encourage guests to leave reviews
- Host various animal shows throughout the day
- Assist and support the Guest Services Team with guest interactions
- Required to work with animals
Guest Services Team Member Requirements:
- Experience in a retail environment is preferred
- Theme park, zoo, science center, or attraction background preferred
- Ability to communicate and interact effectively
- Cheerful, positive attitude with a willingness to be a team player
- Register and cash handling experience
- Experience with animals a plus
