We are seeking an engaging individual with strong multi-tasking skills and a passion for working with people. As a Guest Service Representative, you are often the first and last teammate our guests interact with. You will play a key role in creating lasting positive memories. You will be responsible for attending to the needs of our guests during their stay and offering our unconditional satisfaction guarantee.

What you will be doing:

• Training the guest service team to deliver exemplary guest service.
• Supporting and training teammates on guest service procedures, financial control procedures and the telephone shop call program.
• Assisting with the recruitment and selection process for Guest Service teammates.
• Coordinating work schedules to ensure efficient operations and minimal guest disruption.
• Continuously promoting, communicating, and embodying the RMC culture.
