Guest Services Agent:

Frontline customer service representative to guests, potential guests and vendors. Greets guests, provides information, and ensures a first-class hospitality experience for front desk, reservations, and guest services. Agent is responsible for making reservations, checking guests in and out, communicating with on-site meeting planners and department heads.

Heavy phone and computer work, plus ability to independently problem solve and take care of guest requests. Knowledge of office machines (fax, printer, scanner and phone.) Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word and a quickly learn the property database (PMS), Point of Sale (POS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) computer programs.

Must be able to work days or nights, weekdays or weekends.

POSTOAK Lodge & Retreat is set on 1,000 acres in the rolling hills of Osage County. Seven miles (just 10 minutes) northwest of downtown Tulsa, POSTOAK Lodge & Retreat is the premier setting for corporate retreats, training sessions, weddings, family reunions and special events. Eight lodges house 60 guest rooms, each lodge with its own common area and front porch. Guests enjoy fishing, swimming, hiking, volleyball, horseshoes and the POSTOAK Canopy Tours Zipline adventure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
