We are looking for individuals who are:

• Positive, friendly, upbeat, and detail oriented.
• Enjoy providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for the beauty industry and making others look and feel their best.
• Consultation and sales experience is strongly preferred.
• The ability to work flexible hours including morning, evening, and weekends based on guest demand and center needs.
• The ability to positively receive and implement feedback.
• Work independently with limited supervision, as well as with a team.

Responsibilities:

• Believe in and represent the EWC Growth Vision and values.
• Providing a safe, welcoming, and a memorable experience for our guests.
• Educating guests on the benefits of waxing consistently and recommending service packages and products that meet our guest needs.
• Managing the reservation books in a fast-paced environment and handling the daily flow of guests checking in and out.
• Exceeding individual and team sales goals on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the center.

Physical Demands:

• While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to stand, talk, and hear.
• Ability to lift 22 pounds, at a time.
