We are seeking a Guest Service Agent to provide excellent customer service for our guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, checking guests in and out, shuttle driving, answering phones, setting appointments, light housekeeping, and customer satisfaction follow up calls. Previous Automotive experience in a similar role is welcomed but not required, as is an ability to multitask and handle stressful situations. We're looking for someone who has excellent interpersonal skills and a strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be well versed in the art of punctuality and comfortable interacting with guests of all ages and backgrounds.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and acknowledge guests.
• Answer questions about offered services, appointments, and general converstaion.
• Provide shuttle service
• Perform guest satisfaction call backs.
• Answer phone calls
• Process check ins and check outs for guests
• Set future appointments
• Provide light housekeeping

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
