WORK LOCATION: St. Louis, MO
SHIFT: 9:00am - 4:30pm or 9:00am - 5:00pm
Variable Evening Hours Possible for November and December (Brewery Lights)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Professionally respond to electronic and phone requests to book daily tours for Warm Springs Ranch and St. Louis Brewery Experiences.
- Provide consistent and accurate experience information.
- Provide excellent guest service and proactively anticipate guest needs.
- Ad Hoc report requests from location management pulled from booking system.
- Interest in energetically describing experiences revolving around beer and Clydesdales
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Customer service experience
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
- High school diploma required
- Must be able to follow structured sale scripts
