What you will be doing
- Greet and communicate cordially with guests, promptly and professionally.
- Maintain an information file on hotel and local services and attractions and recommend them to the guest. Suggestively sell hotel amenities and services.
- Act as a liaison between guests and hotel departments by making reservations and following up with special requests.
- Maintain and oversee daily neatness and cleanliness of lobby area, front drive and public restrooms.
- Make at least one call to each VIP during each shift to see if they require any additional assistance.
