GUEST EXPERIENCE COORDINATOR - Coachella Valley Music and Arts and Stagecoach Country Festivals 2023

This position will support our Sr. Manager of Marketing & Guest Experience. The Guest Experience department is responsible for festival operations that involve forward facing interaction with guests. This department is primarily involved with planning on site operations and strive to continually improve processes by auditing, establishing, and maintaining technological solutions for improving interdepartmental communications and processes for guest inquiries. The department also partners with festival ticketing on customer support and VIP programs.

Primary Job Duties:

  • Monitor select festival email inboxes and respond to, or escalate, inquiries in a timely manner
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and friendly with language/expression with all communication with guests
  • Shadow Sr. Manager to learn the operational details regarding festival protocol including how to communicate information with guests

Secondary Duties:

  • Pull data reports from Front software (Customer Communication Platform) and assist Director of Guest Experience to analyze findings
  • Assist Guest Services Manager with onsite tasks and operations related associated with our onsite Guest Services, VIP and Pathways (Guest and Traffic Direction) teams
  • Assist with other tasks as determined by the Director of Guest Experience
REQUIRED AVAILABILITY
  • January 16th - May 14th 2023
  • 4 days/week at 8 hrs/day min
  • Day and Overnight shifts may apply
Hourly rate based on experience: $20.00 - $22.50/hour
