We are looking for new Group Leaders at The Barker Lounge in Cranford! Group Leaders are responsible for the entertainment and safety of a group of dogs, as well as the cleanliness of the facility. Successful Group Leaders, above all else, are authentically interested in learning about canine behavior, and the health and well being of the dogs they care for. A Group Leader must be extremely alert, responsible, hard-working, and able to be active on their feet for 7+ hours. Group Leader Responsibilities
Animal Management

*Manage the safety, entertainment, and well-being of assigned dog group *Learn names and behaviors of all dogs in assigned group *Clean up after dogs
Daily Cleaning/Procedural Tasks
- Clean playrooms, yards, and kennels (mopping, sweeping, scrubbing)
Must be 18 years or older with weekday and weekend availability (AM shift is 6:30am to 1:00pm and PM shift is 1:00pm to 7:30pm)

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $15.00 - $17.00/hour.
