We are currently seeking for an experienced, safety conscious and dependable groundskeeper to join our team.

Description

· Responsible for daily upkeep of the property buildings and grounds which includes cleaning and removing trash of : sidewalks, drive ways, parking lots, front porch, and breezeways

· Maintain pool to ensure cleanliness and correct chemical levels

· Inventory pool and ground supplies

· May perform variety of maintenance duties when ground work is completed

· Always display a friendly and courteous attitude towards residents

· Maintain and promote a good attitude with other employees

· Other duties as assigned by Property Manager

Minimum Qualifications

· One year of ground maintenance experience

· Knowledge of equipment, tools, and procedures of grounds construction and care

· Capability to work independently with minimal supervision

· Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to be able to meet property needs

· Adheres to standards and procedures for quality control
