Responsibilities include:

• Maintain the curb appeal of the community with focus on cleanliness and details
• Daily upkeep and cleaning of community grounds, breezeways, and amenities
• Upkeep of community trash compactor
• Exterior building and amenity maintenance
• Assist maintenance team with make ready turns and other service requests as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as groundskeeper, porter, or general maintenance technician
• Familiarity with tools and equipment needed to perform daily tasks
• Able to take after hours calls (rotating schedule)
• Ability to handle physical workload as outlined in the job description to include lifting, ability to reach overhead, and climb a 6 ft ladder
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Dependable and a team player
