Valley Branch Retreat Inc. in Nashville, IN is looking for grounds keeper to live on-site and join our 8 person strong team. We are located on 2620 Valley Branch Rd. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and engaged. Buggy tour guide and Zip guide training available.

*Maintain property appearance and schedule maintenance as needed *Follow customer leads and referrals to attract new customers *Answer phone. complete bookings and check ins *Ensure property guidelines are followed. Solve and issues that would arise. *Help market through social media *Cross train into being activity guide a needed. see www.explorebrowncounty.com *Opportunity to live on site based on needs. *Repair and keep 20 vehicles maintained with documentation records/
Qualifications
*Experience working in a similar role helpful *Friendly and engaging personality *Able to listen and communicate effectively *Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize *Strong grounds maintenance background beneficial *Grounds keeping, recycling, green thumb and other duties *Teamwork and communication skills beneficial *We are looking forward to reading your application.

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Compensation is $12.00 - $16.00/hour.
