The Pioneer Woman Mercantile is a destination bakery, deli, hotel, pizza restaurant, ice cream and candy shop, and general stores in Pawhuska, Oklahoma. It is a place of gracious hospitality, generosity, and joy, where every customer makes themselves at home and where team members thrive in a fun and positive environment.

You are the first smiling face our guests see and the first friendly voice they hear. Greeters will be stationed at the front of The Mercantile to ensure that visitors always have access to directions, guidance, and assistance throughout their experience. Your primary job focus will be near the entrance as the welcoming team, and assisting guests with finding seating.

Summary of Key Responsibilities

• Greet all guests and welcome them to the Mercantile

• Thank guests as they leave

• Help answer guest questions

• Know key facts about the town of Pawhuska, The Pioneer Woman, and The Drummond Family.

• Maintain waitlist of guests and accurately and efficiently page them when their tables are ready

• Assist servers in picking up trash, bussing, pre-bussing, keeping the restaurant clean and tidy

• Take to go orders

• Take reservations as needed

• Seat guests at tables

Required Skills and Abilities

• Must be at least 16 years old

• Must have reliable transportation

• Able to stand for 8 hours a shift

• Greeter must be personable and friendly
