Job description

A Gravedigger provides full graveside service setup, setting monuments, or delivering bulk quantities of product for cemetery stock.

Essential Job Functions

• Conduct proper pre and post-trip inspections
• Load, secure, and transport backhoe to the cemetery
• Operate a backhoe to open and or close the grave
• Haul away or move excess dirt from the site as required
• Maintain vehicles and equipment
• Assist CSR when needed with graveside services

Position Requirements

• Class ' A' CDL license required
• Must have a clean driving record and pass a DOT Physical
• Must be able to pass new hire drug test and random drug screens
• Experience operating a backhoe
• Must be able to lift 75+ lbs
• Must be able to read maps and understand directions

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Demonstrate professionalism and courtesy while delivering to our customers
• Be able to drive daily routes safely and efficiently while making deliveries promptly.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
