Our mission is to deliver POP & POS displays to customers within all retail channels such as grocery and club stores, convenience and drug stores, and specialty retailers through counter displays, graphic packaging, stackable trays, and end caps.
This is a full time on site Graphic Design position that is very heavy in Production and directly tied to the manufacturing end of Packaging and Displays. The Designer is a detail-oriented person with a strong work ethic, an understanding of how to follow and apply brand guidelines, the ability to understand and apply guidelines for different production methods and machines, a strong collaborator within internal and external teams and the ability to confidently and intelligently make decisions and speak to vendors, clients and sales people. The Graphic Designer will report directly to the Graphic Design Director. We believe attitude is everything. The ideal Candidate possesses the following qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills
- A profound willingness to learn
- Experience and knowledge of prepress and design of files and assets for final production within Litho, Flexo and Digital Printing environments.
- A high level of experience in the Adobe suite, most notable Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat.
- A working understanding of production dielines and how they relate to folded-up packaging and displays.
- A good eye for color and an understanding of color management
- Excellent Typography Skills
- Ability to multi-task and pivot in a fast-paced environment
- Effective time management to meet deadlines.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Experience working collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
- 3D Rendering Experience in Cinema4D is a huge plus.
The graphic designer is responsible for:
- Working closely with sales and customers to create, manipulate and prepare final print-ready production files.
- Critically Inspecting and routing production print proofs internally and externally.
- Communicating any Problems or Concerns in a professional manner
- Creating graphics, assets and ideas in partnership with the Marketing Team.
- Implement package guidelines across a variety of formats and sizes
- Partner with other design team members to ensure files and projects are implemented, saved and filed accurately on interal databases and through Wrike (job management software.)
- Manages own work and adheres to timelines for all assigned projects.
- Works closely with Junior Designers to create and execute 3D Printed Mockups using HP Digital Printers, Caldera RIP and Kongsberg Cutting Tables
- Manage and execute multiple projects with minimal supervision, ensuring timely and successful completion of activities to meet project milestones.
- Helps establish and conduct team procedures and policies
- Inspecting production runs by approving first articles and/or being present on-press to assist with Quality Control
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Actively solicits additional work when assigned work has been completed.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
