Description
SSM is currently recruiting for a Graduate (EIT) Civil or Environmental Engineer to join our Water/Wastewater Team. Typical projects involve working with a multi-disciplinary team to help local and regional public and private sector clients to solve infrastructure challenges. The Graduate Engineer works with engineers and performs due diligence, engineering calculations and design, and technical writing. Will perform technical assignments involving municipal treatment facilities, distribution systems, collection systems, sanitary and storm sewers and storm water.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
- A passion for making a positive difference in the communities where we serve and where we live.
- Related engineering work/internship experience preferred.
- Strong self-motivation, communication skills (verbal and written), leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks on multiple projects keeping strong attention to detail.
