Elite Grading and Utilities, LLC is seeking to hire a Grading Foreman. We are a vastly growing company that offers competitive salaries and good benefits. This position requires the performance of trained job duties in a safe and professional manner by being able to operate one or more of the following pieces of equipment:

• Dozer
• Excavator
• Grader
• GPS Equipment

Job Responsibilities:

• Review scopes of work with the field staff
• Oversee the completion of designated scopes of work
• Communicate with clients when necessary
• Ensure the attainment of all job site goals including safety and productivity
• Assist in evaluating & disciplining field employees within department guidelines
• Attend meetings on a periodic basis as required by Superintendent
• Provide guidance and support for all field staff
• Keep the Superintendent informed of all problems, potential and actual, that cannot be resolved satisfactorily in the field
• Requests procurement of tools and materials to be delivered at specified times to conform to work schedules.

This Position Requires the Following Skills:

• Minimum 5-7 years of Grading Experience
• Ability to read Blueprints/Profiles
• Ability to calculate elevations and percentages
• Strong work ethic
• Work safely and efficiently
• Eager to learn new skills and tasks
• Dependable transportation
• Driver's license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,350.00 - $1,550.00 per week
