ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

1. Registers golfers for their tee times, checks in customers, takes payment and assigns golf carts. Maintains accurate records.

2. Assist members/customers with merchandise questions courteously and professionally.

3. Cash out members/customers and monitor the front counter.

4. Stock, tag and display merchandise on golf shop floor ensuring all merchandise is neatly arranged and restocked to proper level.

5. Maintain the cleanliness of the pro shop and assists with cleaning golf carts when necessary.

6. Handle customer service request of members in a courteous and professional manner.

7. Maintains neat, well groomed, professional appearance and demeanor. Adheres to club dress code always.

8. Assists with the step up of tournament, league or other golf events.

9. Assist with merchandise inventory when needed.

10. Demonstrates a commitment to the work and success of Fremont Hills CC by being solution oriented, having positive interactions with all team members and meeting customer service standards set by management.

11. Performs additional assignments per the direction of the club or Company managers.

12. Regular and punctual attendance on site for all scheduled shifts is required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
