Job description

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Responsible for food and beverage preparation (to include alcoholic beverages) and sales in golf course concession stand

2. Clean and maintain concession stand and surrounding area, i.e. rest rooms, sales area and entrance area

3. Responsible for inventories and cash boxes

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITES:

1. Receive and record products as needed and/or prescribed

2. Open building; perform necessary preparatory work as prescribed; record existing inventory

3. Clean building and surrounding grounds

4. Hold responsibility for accuracy of member tickets and cash exchanges

5. Required to ring daily sales in Jonas P.O.S system

6. Clean and secure building at end of each shift

7. Insure membership satisfaction

8. Perform any additional tasks deemed necessary by management

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education

1. Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent

2. Proof of completion of a state approved alcohol server training program. (If employee is not currently certified then he/she must complete this state mandated training within 60 days of hire)

Specific Skills

1. Knowledge of math calculations

2. Ability to read, write, speak and understand English effectively

3. Strong interpersonal skills, diplomacy

4. Honest, dependable, self-motivated

5. Ability to work under high pressure situations while maintaining professionalism

6. Personal hygiene and appearance at highest level

7. Safety conscious

8. Knowledge of Montana state laws and Meadow Lark country Club policies

Experience

1. Previous Bar/Restaurant work or demonstrated ability to learn on the job

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $11.00 per hour
