Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in technology fields (e.g., public cloud, Software-as-a-Service, Infrastructure-as-a-Service, enterprise applications).
- 5 years of experience building association between businesses (e.g., partners, channels).
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree.
- Experience working in a matrixed environment.
- Ability to translate data and trends into strategies and messages with excellent data-driven and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, influencing, planning, and execution skills, with the ability to communicate with counterparts in Sales, Marketing, Product, and Sales Operations.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.

In this role, you will work with thought leading change agents in the industry and help customers migrate to Google Cloud, recruit partners, build repeatable go-to-market motions, and measure, inspect, and tune to help customers transform the business with Google Cloud and our partners. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $205,000-$301,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

Define a strategy for RaMP Partners, including the goal, operating model, and governance framework to roll our RaMP out to our partner ecosystem.
- Develop a Rapid Migration Program (RaMP) specialization to set the standard for our system integrator partners to enable successful migration to Google Cloud.
- Recruit partners to meet the bar, and develop relationships with our alliance managers and partners from the c-suite to the practitioner level.
- Build mechanisms to measure, monitor, and audit partner performance (e.g., pipeline generation, business attainment).
- Work with customers, partners, and our Field and Product teams to prioritize migration plans for a series of partner playbooks.
