The purpose of your research is to identify any potential conflict or other potential concern and determine whether or not any identified potential concern is manageable.
  • Results of your research and initial analysis to be discussed with senior members of Global Conflicts before expanding the discussion to include various parts of JPM's Legal Department and senior managers within the businesses (Corporate & Investment Bank and Commercial Bank, primarily). Autonomy in your escalation to Legal and seniors within the business will come with time and experience.
