Overview and ResponsibilitiesWe're looking for an HR Generalist to join our amazing HR Global Finance team. You'll be working with our global Finance organization providing support, guidance, and coaching as we strive to deliver an extraordinary employee experience. The successful candidate will have a passion for building high performing teams, designing effective HR programs, and be committed to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Provide guidance and coaching on organization structure, employee relations, compensation, performance management and leadership development.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define skills and competencies required for job openings and partner with Talent Acquisition to attract and hire top talent.
Contribute to projects that support Finance’s people agenda such as onboarding and offboarding processes, rotational analyst programs, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Gather and analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions throughout the employee lifecycle, such as voluntary turnover.
Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (e.g., compensation, training) to deliver on corporate human resources initiatives.
Manage routine employee relations matters, disputes, and investigations.
Maintain compliance with labor regulations.
Basic Qualifications
3+ years of equivalent experience in HR, preferably with some of that experience in a center of excellence role such as organization development or training
Foundational HR knowledge; PHR or SHRM-CP certification a plus
Knowledge of emerging HR practices and industry trends
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint

Proactive mentality, ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities

Hybrid position, must be able to be in office 2-3 days/week

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $72,900.00 - 81,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
