Summit Staffing Solutions is actively recruiting for some top employers, for long-term, temp-to-hire openings for day, swing, graveyard, and weekend shifts! These are outstanding, solid companies, located in Newberg, Tualatin, Wilsonville, and Sherwood, with excellent benefits!

We are recruiting for openings across multiple departments: Assembly, Warehouse, Production, Packer, Upholstery, Shop help, Freight Crew, and Powder coating - Training Provided! Candidates will be performing various tasks and duties related to the positions listed above including:

• Work under a trainer performing routine sub-assembly tasks
• Routinely follow written work instructions to perform tasks and utilize a computer to navigate through resources and work instructions
• Production startup, staging and adding raw material, packaging finished product
• Work as a team to pack materials ordered and help assemble wood crates
• Operate various hand tools and equipment on a variety of large and small parts depending on department assigned.
• Work as a team to unload freight, prepare outgoing orders and staging (physical work with repetitive lifting of 50lbs or more)
• Maintain quality and productivity standards while following all safety guidelines and maintain acceptable dependability level.

4 x 10 Shift Schedule

• Day Shift: Mon - Thur (5:00am - 3:30pm)
• Swing Shift: Mon - Thur (3:20pm - 1:50am)
• Swing Shift: Tues - Thurs (3:15pm - 1:45am) Fri (12:00pm - 10:30pm)

Weekend Shift Schedule (3 x 12’s)

• Fri - Sun (5:00am - 5:30pm)

5 x 8 Shift Schedule

• Day Shift: Mon - Fri (6:00am - 2:30pm)
• Day Shift: Mon - Fri (7:00am - 3:30pm)
• Swing Shift: Mon - Fri (3:00pm - 11:30pm)
• Graveyard Shift: Sun night- Fri morning (11:00pm - 7:30am)

Pay Range: $17.00 - $24.10/hour - Depending on Shift and Position (Double OT on wknds with some employers)
