Role and Responsibilities

• Packaging and labeling of raw and finished cannabis products
• Help monitor and manage packaging and processing equipment supplies along with product inventory
• Executing all filling and packaging procedures in an efficient manner in compliance with company's SOP’s and all applicable manufacturing procedures
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed
• Guaranteeing that all supply inventory is always filled.
• Maintain all records for compliance set by CCB.
• Collecting, organizing, and inputting data into data tracking platforms.
• Creating Production reports to be shared with ownership to determine areas for improvement.
• Coordinating with the sales team to ensure that the Production schedule aligns with the sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with the sales team to fulfill concentrate orders as they are received.
• Full understanding of the variety of concentrates produced from cannabis, as well as the ability to determine their quality. Ability to manage and oversee the packaging and tracking of said products.

• Must be 21 years or over
• Must have a valid Nevada Marijuana Agent Production card
• Experience with Nevada State Tracking METRC
• 1-3 years of applicable experience in manufacturing and packaging with a focus on ensuring product safety, consumer safety and satisfaction, and high product quality
• Physical requirements include standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying product totes, pushing carts, moving and making adjustments to process equipment, ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods of time
• Knowledge of various concentrates (Live Resin, Cured Resin, Crumble, Butters, Shatters and Sugars)
