The General Manager/Managing Partner is accountable for all aspects of the business and its operations. They are responsible for meeting and exceeding established volume, revenue, and profitability goals by continuously seeking ways to innovate and improve. We are looking for a great leader that is willing to build the business and reap the rewards in our profit-sharing program.

Casual Dinning / Restaurant Management experience is ideal and skill sets are similar. Multi-Unit Experience is also a plus. Our rapid growth has provided many opportunities for growth!

Compensation

The compensation package includes a base salary + premium pay, a great bonus structure, and a generous profit-sharing program!

$80,000 guarantee in your first year with expectations of $100,000!

Schedule

Full-time is based on 47 hours a week, 5 days a week. Any hours worked over full-time are compensated at $30/hr.

You will also work morning shifts, which means being home in time for dinner!

Duties & Responsibilities

· Manage scheduling, and labor costs of a team of 8 - 14 employees.

· Deal directly with all customer questions and concerns.

· Perform limited admin work and quick checks on equipment.

· Attract, recruit, train, and develop employees at every position.

· Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies and procedures.

· Maintain a clean and organized facility, landscaping, and equipment rooms.

· Have Fun!

Requirements

· Excellent communication skills and writing skills.

· Mechanical Inclination is preferred. Regular Maintenance on Equipment is required.

· Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time.

· Ability to lift a moderate amount of weight.

· Willingness to work in all weather conditions.

· Drug Screen and Background Check Required.
