LMI Landscapes Inc. is a privately owned, full service Commercial Landscape and Irrigation firm providing a full suite of services to some of the best clients across Texas & Colorado from our Dallas, Denver, and Austin offices. We are a 30 plus year old business that is growing at a tremendous pace that will continue to provide opportunities for all our team members.

We are in need of a General Manager to lead and guide our Austin office. Austin has one of the most vibrant Real Estate markets in the country and is an incredible opportunity to grow the business across all lines. We negotiate the majority of all contracts, making this a very client-facing role. We are mainly a construction firm currently with a focus on becoming more a service-oriented maintenance firm.

You are responsible for all aspects of the branch including:

• Provide day to day leadership to our clients and team.
• Overseeing the performance and quality of all work performance.
• Direct contact with all clients, vendors, and team members that support our efforts.
• Responsible for safety training of all branch team members
• Directing sales efforts to continue to grow branch operations.

Skills and experience we prefer you have:

• Well versed in all aspects of our operation (Landscape Construction, Irrigation, and Landscape Maintenance.
• A 4-year degree in Horticulture or other related field and/or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of management experience
• Working knowledge of business accounting and P&L statements
• Good Communication
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
