Current Openings are
1st shift starting at $17/hr
6AM-4PM Sunday-Tuesday - 30 hours a week
6AM-4PM Thursday-Saturday - 30 hours a week
2nd Shift starting at $19/hr
4PM-2AM Sunday-Tuesday - 30 hours a week
4PM-2AM Thursday-Saturday - 30 hours a week
This position is a floater responsible for performing general tasks for multiple production areas within our plants.
General Laborer Essential Functions:
- Maintains quality of finished product per specifications
- Completes various production tasks including but not limited to: Sorting, reviewing, and labeling products; loading and unloading machines
- Operates non-motorized equipment, as requested by lead or supervisor, such as Hand Pallet Jack
- Follows and enforces all GMP, safety and all other company’s policies and procedures
- Helps train other employees on essential production functions
- Works scheduled hours and overtime as required
Environmental Conditions:
- Constant exposure to temperatures as low as 45 degrees above and/or below.
- Exposure to small amounts of diluted cleaning chemicals
- May work in a damp and wet environment daily
Physical Requirements:
- Required standing for long periods of time and moving throughout the assigned area
- Perform continuous repetitive motions
- Ability to grasp production items
- Ability to move items from/to below the waist and/or above shoulder level
- Continuous lifting/carrying product up to 50 pounds.
- Frequent kneeling, pushing and pulling.
- Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required at all times on the production floor.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Oak Creek, WI 53154: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Food production: 1 year (Preferred)
