Compensation:
- Great Weekly Pay-- $855-$1,005
- Production Rate Bonuses
- Paid Time Off
- Up to $150 weekly bonus
- 4 Paid Holidays
Daily Tasks:
- Using handheld equipment - Weedwhackers, edgers, blowers, and push mowers to provide excellent work to our clients
- Supervise the teams to make sure they stay on schedule
- Make sure each job is completed properly and on time
- Communicate to clients and to the Ops Manager
- Completing the scheduled work for the day
- Staying out later if we are behind to complete the jobs
- Train team members how to properly mow and complete the job on time
- Use software to start and stop jobs
- Keeping equipment and vehicle clean and operating efficiently
Work Schedule:
- Monday-Friday (some Saturdays) No Sundays
- 7 am to 5 pm
Some Job Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License & a clean driving record
- Must be Authorized to Work in the USA
- Must have reliable transportation
- Be able to use your personal smartphone for business needs
