Ian Martin Workforce has partnered with the leading provider of workforce camp and hospitality services, operations and maintenance services. They are seeking an energized and dynamic person to join their team as a General Kitchen Helper that is responsible for ensuring that all the flatware, pots, pans, and plate-ware are cleaned, sanitized, and up to the Camp standards, and help with the basic preparation of food.

Compensation:

• $1372 per week (OT: After 8 hours daily, and after 40 hours weekly)
• Immediate Enrollment in Full Benefits
• Camp Accommodations
• Travel provided from Fairbanks Airport to site and back
• 401K enrollment after 6 months of employment
• 6% of base earnings paid out after every 3 months of employment

What you will be doing...

• Wash, dry and organize dishes and dinner ware properly
• To operate dish washing equipment properly and safely
• Organizing and maintaining storage of washed items
• Cleaning sinks and dish washer
• Assist in the preparation of food portioning
• Oversees stocking of all food and drink serving areas, with a focus on quality, appearance, adequate stocking levels, and minimizing leftovers and product waste.
• Clean and sanitize tables in eating areas as needed to maintain a clean and orderly eating area.
• Sweeps and mops kitchen floors.
• Washes worktables, walls, and refrigerators
• Removes trash and garbage and places it in designated containers.
• Follow requirements of the Health, Safety and Environment Management System.
• Other duties as assigned
