Natural Beauty Growers is a major live plants producer and the supplier of bedding annuals and vegetables to major home improvement store garden centers in the Mid-West. NBG is looking for outdoor seasonal merchandisers that will work within a local major garden center to display, maintain, and merchandise beautiful flowers. We offer flexible scheduling and you can determine how many hours you want to be scheduled, from just a few to 40+ per week. Seasonal positions are needed now with possibility for continuing throughout the year. This is a great Job for those who love to be busy outdoors, college students coming home for the summer, a stay-at-home mom or dad wanting a few hours while the kids are at school, a just a 2nd job on the weekends for extra money.

Essential Job Functions

• Transfer and merchandise product from our shipping carts to designated sales areas
• Create beautifully organized displays of flowers in a fast-paced environment
• Assist customers and providing outstanding customer service
• Maintain a clean and well-organized garden center
• Accurately record and toss unsaleable and poor-quality product

Job Requirements

• Prior retail merchandising and customer service experience is preferred
• Attention to detail with the ability to follow directions via calls, texts, and emails to complete tasks in a timely manner
• Must be trustworthy and dependable with a positive and professional attitude
• Ability to work as a team member as well as independently with limited supervision
• Prolonged periods of walking and standing with the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Month of May peak season weekend availability a must
• Willing to work in all weather (including beautiful sunshine)
