Natural Beauty Growers is a leader in the growing industry with approximately over 60 acres of growing space in the Midwest. We are an independent vendor that supplies a wide variety of annual and vegetable plants to Home Depot Garden Centers. The merchandising team strives to create appealing displays of flowers and maintain the quality of the plants at store level. We are now hiring seasonal merchandisers and looking to fill a team lead position at the Waite Park location to start immediately. This lead position has potential to continue year-round after Spring/Summer annuals season with Fall mum season, holiday poinsettia season, and indoor tropicals all year.

Job Functions & Expectations:

• Merchandise Natural Beauty plants according to planograms while maintaining a clean and well organized garden center
• Condense and fill tables of flowers in a fast-paced environment
• Accurately record and remove unsalable and poor quality product
• Create, change, and expand signage during promotional ads
• Answer customer questions about Natural Beauty product while multitasking
• Be an extension of the merchandising manager to represent NBG within the store and to work with store associates and other on-site NBG merchandisers

Requirements:

• Positive & adaptable attitude with willingness to learn
• General nature to hustle and set an example for others
• Attention to detail and completing tasks in a timely manner
• Must be trustworthy and dependable
• Ability to work in a team setting as well as independently with limited supervision
• Plant knowledge in a personal or professional setting a plus
• Month of May weekend availability, including Mother’s Day and Memorial Day
• Prolonged periods of walking and standing with the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Access to reliable transportation
• Willing to work in all weather (including beautiful sunshine)
