At The Summit, our Food Runners bring our great food, drinks and FUN to all our Guests! You are the expert on making sure our food looks amazing and arrives to our Guests in a timely manner. While not running food or drinks, you keep service stations full stocked, cleaned and ready for use.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING DAILY?

• Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!)
• Welcoming and greeting all Guests, all while being an ambassador of FUN!
• Delivering food and drinks in a timely manner and anticipating Guest’s needs
• Assist servers in pre-bussing and clearing tables
• Preparing the guest experience by rolling silverware and lining food baskets
• Performing opening, mid-day or closing duties

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Guest focused mindset (We heart our Guests!)
• Teamwork is a must (Teamwork makes the dream work!)
• Food Handlers Certification, as required
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic with attention to detail
• Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests
• 16 + Years of Age
• Availability to work days, nights and/or weekends

You know the menu inside and out and can make great suggestions. You’re also dedicated to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation.

• Adhering to local and state alcohol laws, procedures and policies
• Processing payment transactions and welcoming our Guests back
• Maintaining a clean and safe section; completing side duties
• POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Prior food and beverage or retail experience a plus, but not required

• Guest focused mindset (We heart our Guests!)

• 18+ years of age; Alcohol Certification, as required
• Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests
• Availability to work days, nights and/or weekends

Job Description

At The Summit, our Games Hosts are at the center of the action on our games floor! As a Games Host, you are technologically savvy, outgoing, and know how to create FUN memories for our Guests! You are knowledgeable on all of our games and entertainment options and can make recommendations based on a Guest’s interest and needs. You monitor event activities and safety protocols, and you make redemption suggestions so our Guests can take home the best prizes! You’re also dedicated to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING DAILY?

• Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!)
• Welcoming and engaging with all Guests, all while being an ambassador of FUN!
• Monitoring Laser Tag to ensure it is clean and safe
• Creating memorable experiences by providing exceptional service
• Making sure the games and Gold Mine are clean and stocked
• Assisting Guests with questions regarding point redemption
• Performing minor repairs to games and laser tag vests
• Partnering with the Technical Team to report wear-and-tear and damage to games or equipment (communication is key!)
• Performing opening, mid-day or closing duties

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in a similar role a plus, but not required

• Savvy with technology and a willingness to learn new things
• Teamwork is a must (Teamwork makes the dream work!)
• 16 + Years of Age
• Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests
• Availability to work days, nights and/or weekends
