Responsibilities:

• Ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
• Lift up to 70lbs consistantly

• Requires you to stand on your feet all day in a hot or cold environment

• Efficiently operating and /or learning the assigned area of the plant

• Accountable for housekeeping in the assigned area of responsibility

• Perform minor maintenance in area of responsibility

• Participate in regular training

• Must maintain high quality and operate with the scope of quality management system
• must wear proper PPE; steel toe boots

Minimum Position Qualifications:

• Ability to work overtime on a regular basis.

• Ability to meet production standards.

• Maintain a good attendance record with the policy guidelines
