We have an opening for a Service Coordinator in our Tucson AZ branch. The main responsibility of this position is to work with our clients and schedule home care aides. We have a full-time position open, Monday through Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm. Weekend On Call with 1 weekday off.

As an Addus Service Coordinator, you will:
- Coordinate and schedule the most appropriate assignments of direct care staff to clients. Maintain direct care staff schedules in the scheduling program.
- Supervise and direct activities of HomeCare Aides (HCA) in providing direct care and service to their assigned clients. Address and resolve client and employee complaints and concerns
- Effectively manage the communication and relationships among the Care Team, including the client, referral sources, HCAs and family and health care providers, to coordinate patient care and services.
- In partnership with the Branch Director, provide feedback on performance and coordinate disciplinary actions.
- Understand and effectively execute all company, state and applicable CBA policies, procedures, rules and regulations, including Covid protocols.

Requirments:
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
- Bilingual Spanish Preferred
- Interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
- Computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Scheduling program.
- Must have reliable transportation.
