Primary Duties:
- Maintain professional visibility in the dining area during service hours. Address all questions and concerns regarding dining services immediately and communicate these situations with Manager on Duty in a timely manner.
- Greet all guests warmly and respectfully. Take food orders accurately and carefully.
- Responsible for serving food and alcoholic beverages/non-alcoholic beverages properly and efficiently while ensuring the correct billing.
- Responsible for receiving all signed vouchers involved with food and beverage service.
- Responsible for stocking all necessary items, cleaning equipment and maintaining a clean work place.
- Responsible for checking out work station at the end of the shift (cleaning and filling condiments) and reporting to Manager on Duty before leaving.
- Assist in setting up tables and resetting the tables for the next day’s shift.
- Adherence to Department of Health regulations and standards.
