Non-profit acupuncture teaching clinic in Marina Del Rey is looking to hire Full time receptionist/office assistant. Duties include greeting and attending to patients, answering phone calls, scheduling patient appointments, computer data entry, filing, ensuring clinic treatment rooms and equipment are appropriately maintained, and other front and back office duties. Work hours include weekends, evenings and some mornings.

Job Qualifications/Requirements:

-Excellent customer service skills and the ability to multi-task are mandatory.

-Must be a quick learner, personable, organized and have a professional appearance.

-Proficiency with basic level computer data entry is also required,

-Previous experience in related positions in professional healthcare services or medical clinic is a definite advantage.

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
