We are currently searching for someone to provide supports during the week to a young man on the Eastside. The position is very relationship-based and needs a sincere commitment to build a connection with this man and his support team, including the second staff working alongside you. Experience with Autism is a plus, but not required as long as you are willing to learn.
Someone who is quiet, patient, and pays close attention to details will find this job a good fit. Options provides paid, ongoing training during scheduled hours. A valid Wisconsin driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and sufficient insurance on your vehicle are all required to drive your personal vehicle; mileage is reimbursed. 1 Full-Time (39hours/week) position: Monday + Tuesday 8:30 AM-4:00 PM; Wednesday, Thursday, + Friday 8:00 AM-4:00 PM.
