The Administrative Assistant - Work Ticket Specialist is responsible for the day to day administrative support of the Special Services and Windows departments.
Shift: 8:00 AM- 4:30 PM
Days: In- Office MONDAY- FRIDAY
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and update work ticket requests.
- Invoice Coding
- Reconcile credit card purchases.
- Manage departmental petty cash.
- Maintain account and customer information and generate reports.
- Maintain and file account documentation.
- Update job cost sheets.
- Enter and update work ticket requests.
- Track incoming customer contracts.
- Schedule and attend meetings. Take and distribute meeting notes.
- Call customers to confirm service satisfaction.
- Additional administrative duties as required.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills. Incumbent will work directly with employees, managers, executives, vendors, and customers.

- Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; Use reason even when dealing with emotional topics.

- Ability to resolve issues while maintaining a good working relationship with internal and external customers.

- Willingness and ability to work on both individual and team projects.
- Experience with Billing and Accounting is a plus
