We've partnered with a fintech company in need of a remote Senior Full-Stack Engineer. They are re-architecting their flagship product, a platform that's developed relationships with a few large corporations across the US.

These engineers are utilizing dynamic frameworks like React.js and Node.js with a microservices architecture to transform their product to a modern tech stack.

This is a 100% remote position working with a team of genuinely nice people who prioritize work/life balance and focus on technology to bring their business to the next level.

**The Team: The engineers display a high degree of technical maturity, some coming from Big Tech companies. The team really cares about the well-being of their employees and are driven to produce seamless, secure software.

Responsibilities

• This position is focused on the development and integration of services and application features within the SAAS platform. You’ll help implement and maintain components written using Node.js, React, and SQL Server databases.
• You’ll work closely with product managers, designers, testers, and engineers in a small-team, agile-oriented environment to ensure delivery of high-value, high-quality systems that handle millions of transactions each day.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software development experience, delivering components in a product delivery environment
• 5+ experience developing software for a high-volume transactional system with distributed relational databases
• Expert in JavaScript application development using Node.js and React frameworks
• Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, XML, and WSDL

Minimum Qualifications

• You are a talented and resourceful IT professional who is passionate about cloud technologies and practices.
• You understand the importance of communication; you care about your work, your colleagues, and your team.
• You have a quantitative mindset; you use empirical data to support decisions.
• You have a 4-year technical degree from an accredited university. (Waived with sufficient work experience)

Pluses

• Experience in a similar role in Financial Services, FinTech, or working with financial or account applications and data
• Experience working at a SAAS product-centric company delivering new product releases in an agile environment
• Experience with related technologies such as: Java, Spring, Hibernate, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Experience working in audited environments with encrypted data and strong security controls and governance
• Experience with products, applications, and tools that handle large volumes of transactional data

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
