General Summary

COLSA Corporation is seeking a Full Stack Developer who will perform the following duties:

Serve on a small team of software developers who maintain the Military Equipment Knowledge System (MEKS). Candidate will work under the direction of the Technical Lead and with analysts at the national-level Intelligence Production Centers to ensure MEKS contains and properly displays a comprehensive collection of military equipment, as well as their Characteristics and Performance data.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential functions)

• Designs, develops, tests, and implements MEKS software *
• Analyzes MEKS requirements and assists in software development and troubleshooting *
• Advises on hardware acquisition requirements to support MEKS software *
• Documents work within JIRA/Confluence *

• Bachelors’ degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business or other related field or equivalent
• Minimum of 2-5 years related experience
• Working knowledge of desktop applications such as word processing, spreadsheet, and database programs
• Working knowledge of current operating systems and programming languages
• U.S. Citizenship required
• Must be able to obtain and maintain an interim DoD SECRET security clearance within 6 months of hire date

Preferred Qualifications

• DoD Secret clearance
