Job description
- DRIVER' LICENSE and clean driving record required.
- Observes and reports activities and incidents at assigned sites, providing security and safety of client property and personnel
- Makes continues patrols to check for irregularities
- Controls access to site
- Patrols assigned site on foot and in vehicle; checks for unsafe conditions, unlocked doors/vacant spaces, security violations, blocked entrances and exits, and addressing transient issues on site
- Provide vendor access when authorized by property management
- Additional duties may be assigned and modified based on operational needs
