This role will be the first clinical team member that our patients will meet and will be solely responsible for ensuring that new patients feel comfortable throughout the entire visit.

Duties (Include but are not limited to):
- Greet new patients and make them feel welcome!
- Complete all preliminary Xrays, Med History, etc to ensure the patient info is thoroughly entered into the patient database.
- Conduct patient x-rays as instructed by the dentist and compliance of safety measures.
- Conduct patient teeth impressions for models.
- Conducts and record patient’s medical history for dentist’s reference.
- Advise and educate patients on dental care.
- Assisting dentist chair side.
- Prepares treatment room for patient by following prescribed procedures and protocols.
- Prepares patient for dental treatment by welcoming, comforting, seating, and draping patient.
- Provides information to patients and team members by answering questions and requests.
- Provides instrumentation by sterilizing and delivering instruments to treatment area; positioning instruments for dentist's access; suctioning; passing instruments, applying topical anesthetic, and removing stitches.
- Documents dental care services by charting in patient records.
Job Types: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
- Must have completed a Dental Assistant Certification Program OR be enrolled in a Dental Assistant Certification Program to be considered.
- Radiology License Required.
- Must be able to work 1 Saturday per month, 730a-2pm.
