About:
IGS Consultants has partnered with Frontier Communications, who is a leader in providing communications services to urban, suburban, and rural communities in 29 states. Frontier offers a variety of services to residential customers over its fiber-optic and copper networks, including high-speed internet and advanced voice. IGS Consultants has also partnered with Frontier Business to offer communication solutions to small, medium, and enterprise businesses.
Role Responsibilities:
As part of the Field Consultant team, you will bring to life our focus on Growth, Customer to Client relationship, and Professionalism. Driving performance and delivering results through customer contact and community involvement will allow us to exceed our market growth targets and deliver 100% employee and customer satisfaction.
This position will represent the company within the geographic area to promote a positive image by providing guidance to both residential and business in Frontiers broadband services.
What you’ll do:
- Earn and enjoy an unlimited commission plan.
- Become an expert on Broadband Internet by training on industry-leading products.
- Manage yourself with a business owner mentality.
- Control your own income by providing opportunities for customers and businesses to purchase products and additional services.
- Set appointments and leads into revenue.
- Have reliable transportation.
What we’re looking for:
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Sales experience and/or field service experience is helpful.
- Someone who thrives in a team environment and can also be trusted to work independently.
