Job description

We are looking for trustworthy, well-presented front of house staff to supplement our existing team. Contingent on their placement, front of house staff may be responsible for greeting guests, taking food orders by phone or in person, delivering completed food orders to the customer, clearing tables, and following proper health department rules and regulations.

To be successful as front of house staff, you should be outgoing, personable, and adept at stress management. We are looking for friendly, energetic folks who like to have fun, but can focus on the job at hand!

Front of House Staff Responsibilities:

• Taking customer food orders by phone or in person.
• Transporting completed orders to the customer.
• Helping and assisting with customer service needs.
• Informing leaders of any customer incidents.
• Clearing, tables, wiping and cleaning restaurant areas as needed and directed.
• Completing shift side work (refilling food items, paper a take-out items etc.)
• Other duties as needed.

Front of House Requirements:

• High school diploma or suitable equivalent.
• Proven experience in the position of interest.
• Professional looking hair and/or make-up with no extreme amount of visible tattoos.
• Maintaining, or adhering to company dress code.
• Excellent verbal communication and memorization skills.
• Great interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Ability to remain composed, particularly during stressful or uncomfortable circumstances.
• Physically fit.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to perform additional duties to facilitate the restaurant's operations, as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $720.00 - $840.00 per week
